Carers Time For Self

We know that those who care for others sometimes struggle to find time to care for themselves leaving you feeling isolated and overwhelmed.

But you are not alone, QPCC is working with other carers to run the Carers Time for Self project, providing a free well being and social space for carers to come together.

Anyone who carers for others are welcome to join and take part in the various activities, including: Yoga and other light exercises, music, massages, social conversations over tea, coffee and refreshments.
