The HR Committee
The HR (Human Resource) Committee comprises five Councillors nominated to sit on the Committee. Members of the HR Committee are responsible for all matters regarding employees. The Committee meets when necessary, and meetings are often confidential.

The Appeals Committee
Five nominated Councillors make up the Appeals Committee which is responsible for the Council’s appeals process in respect of employee and public complaints made in accordance with the Council’s agreed procedures. The Appeals Committee meets when necessary, and meetings are closed to the public.
