Stall Holding

Please complete the form below to request a stall at our upcoming Summer Festival, Saturday 3rd August 2024. Once you submit your request, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm whether it has been approved or to obtain more information to help us make our decision.

We provide stallholders with:

• One 3m x 3m Gazebo
• One table
• Two chairs
• QPCC Festival Bunting
• Electricity if needed (we may not be able to accommodate all requests for electricity)

Note:

• Priority will be given to Queen’s Park Westminster residents and local groups and organisations that provide an engaging festival offer.
• We do not accept requests to sell hot food, drinks or alcohol. You can, however, request a stall to sell items such as cakes and sweets.
• A non-refundable fee of £50 may apply to some non-residents, group and organisations stallholders.

Please note we can only offer support organisation support to residents

Please confirm that you understand and can meet ALL of the following requirements. *

• I will ensure there are at least two stallholders
• I will provide an attractive sign for my stall
• I will provide a tablecloth for my stall
• I will arrive on time at 10am and stay for the duration for the event (until 5pm)
• My stall will be well presented, have no hazardous materials, trip or choking hazards
• I will provide proof of my Food Safety Level two certification, if providing food.
