Please complete this form to register to the Queen's Park Community Council's Summer in Queen's Park Programme. IMPORTANT: 1) Read the details of each event on our website before submitting your application. 2) If you wish to register multiple people for the SAME events please do so in one form. 3) If you wish to register multiple people for DIFFERENT events please complete a new form for each person. 4) Residents of Queen's Park, Westminster and those in receipt of certain forms of benefit will be prioritized. 5) Your registration is NOT confirmed until you have received a REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION email from us. 6) If you receive a registration confirmation email and can no longer attend the event, you must inform us at least 48 hours before the event so we can offer your space(s) to others on the waiting list. If you miss an event without informing us in advance, your registration to other Summer in Queen's Park events will be forfeited to residents on the waiting list.
