Residents are invited to attend QPCC’s Annual Council Meeting where the Council will vote to appoint Chair and Vice Chair of the Council and Committees, approve committee membership, new policies, the Internal Audit Report, its Annual Governance and Accountability Report and carry out other business crucial to the governance of the Council.
The format of Council Meetings is formal because of statutory requirements, and it is only possible to discuss items on the meeting’s agenda.
Resident’s hold the right to observe, pose questions, and make representations at Council meetings subject to the conditions outlined in the Your Right to Speak document.
You can find the Meeting’s Agenda and Papers at least three days in advance online, on the Council’s noticeboard outside the Beethoven Centre, Third Avenue W10 4JL, or by subscribing to receive email notices of Council and Committee meetings.
