Working with the Westminster City Council

Westminster City Council is the principle governing authority in the Queen’s Park and is a separate organisation with a different role to the Community Council. Three Ward Councillors (Westminster City Councillors) are elected in the same election-cycle as Community Councillors.

Ward Councillors represent Queen’s Park in decision making at the City Council level, and can support local residents with issues concerning:

Benefits
Council Tax Collections
Housing
Recycling
Roads and Highways
Rubbish Collection
Other initiatives and services offered by the Westminster City Council.

QPCC acts as a voice for local people, raising concerns to the Ward Councillors and working alongside the City Council to address local issues and improve services and infrastructure.
