Volunteering Opportunities
Queen’s Park Community Council was borne out of the enthusiasm and commitment of residents and continues to be driven by a vision to promote a strong sense of community and an increased quality of life for the people of all ages, cultures, religious and social backgrounds who live, work and socialise in Queen’s Park.
Volunteers are the bedrock of the work we do at QPCC. Our Volunteer’s Programme is designed to ensure resident voices are heard in decision-making and that they can engage in a wide range of activities that benefit the community and themselves. We understand volunteering as a ‘give and give’ relationship and are committed to ensuring that volunteers feel valued and appreciated for the work they do.
