Other local government bodies
In addition to community councillors, you are also represented by elected ward councillors at Westminster City Council. The boundaries of Queen’s Park Community Council are the same as those for Queen’s Park Ward in Westminster City Council(WCC). This means that WCC is Queen’s Park’s ‘principal authority’ and is responsible for many of the services that are provided to our residents.

Queen’s Park Community Council works closely with several WCC departments, especially officers responsible for Public Protection and Licensing, and Planning, as well as with the WCC ward councillors.
In addition, some of the more general policies and activities that affect our residents come from the London Assembly and the Mayor’s Office.
Queen’s Park is in the constituency of Westminster North, an area that also includes Abbey Road, Bayswater, Church Street, Harrow Road, Lancaster Gate, Little Venice, Maida Vale, Regent’s Park and Westbourne. Your Member of Parliament for Westminster North is Karen Buck.
