Council Meeting May 2023

Residents are invited to attend QPCC’s Annual Council Meeting.

At this meeting, the Council will:

• Appoint the Chair and Vice-Chair of Council and Committees
• Nominate Councillors to Committees and Working Groups
• Adopt/ re-adopt policies
• Approve the Strategic Plan 2022- 2026
• Carry out other legal requirements

The format of the Annual Meeting is formal because of statutory requirements, and it is only possible to discuss items on the meeting’s agenda.

Resident’s hold the right to observe, pose questions, and make representations at Council meetings subject to the conditions outlined in the Your Right to Speak policy.
