- NOMINATION PAPERS
Nomination papers may be obtained from the offices of the Returning Officer, Electoral Services, 14th floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP, on Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), 9am to 5pm.
- REGISTERING TO VOTE
The deadline for receiving applications for registration is not later than THURSDAY 14 APRIL 2022.
Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
- DELIVERY OF THE NOMINATION PAPERS
Nomination Papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Electoral Services, 14th floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP, on Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, from the date of this notice, but not later than 4pm on TUESDAY 5 APRIL 2022.
- POLL
If the election is contested, then a poll will take place on THURSDAY 5 MAY between 7am and 10pm.
- ABSENT VOTES
New applications to vote by post, or to change or cancel an existing postal, proxy or postal proxy vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer not later than 5pm on TUESDAY 19 APRIL 2022.
New applications to vote by proxy (not postal proxies or emergency proxies) must reach the Electoral Registration
Officer not later than 5pm on TUESDAY 26 APRIL 2022.
Emergency proxy applications (on the grounds of physical incapacity or for work/service reasons) must reach the Electoral Registration Officer not later than 5pm on THURSDAY 5 MAY 2022
All applications and notices regarding absent voting must be sent to Electoral Services, 14TH floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP.
