The deadline for the next round of grant funding is midnight Friday 12th January 2018. The maximum grant awarded for an application is £3,500.
You can apply to the Community Grant programme either by completing the application form online below or by filling in a hard copy of the application form and handing it in to the office, or scanning and emailing it in. The application form can be found and handed in to the following:
· Return email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
· Office address for collection / drop off: Office 1, The Beethoven Centre, Third Avenue, W10 4JL.
Once we have received your form we will notify you via email or by phone to confirm receipt. Whichever way you have decided to submit the form, please make sure you receive confirmation of receipt ahead of the deadline to ensure the application has been received - we don't want to miss any!
Before you start please make sure that you have read the grant guidelines, which you can download below. As part of the process you will be required to provide signatures of relevant people associated with your application. Details of everything you need to do can be found in the guidelines.
Please also note, with the online form there may be a session time-limit which can be as little as twenty minutes in some instances. In addition, please be aware that the form cannot be saved mid-application. Therefore, if you are entering a lot of text we recommend that you write up your response elsewhere, save it and then copy and paste the text over.
