QPCC Grant Application Form 2017

The deadline for the next round of grant funding will be Friday 2nd June 2017.

Please note that funding guidelines have changed such that the maximum grant awarded is now £3,500 and there is now just one application process.

All applications now must also be submitted online. If you have any difficulties please email who will be able to help

Before you start the form please ensure that:

  • You have read the grant guidelines, checklist for applicants and grant scoring sheet (what the grants panel use to evaluate the applications).

  • You have the necessary signatures for your project (form below)

Please also note that as this is an online form there may be a session time-limit which can be as little as twenty minutes in some instances. In addition, please be aware that the form cannot be saved mid-application. Therefore if you are entering a lot of text we recommend that you write up your response elsewhere, save it and then copy and paste the text over.

As part of the process you will be required to provide signatures of relevant people associated with your application. To help we have provided a form for the signatures which you can download below before you complete the application form. We suggest that you print out this download, sign where applicable and upload it as part of your application under the "signatures" upload link below.

(max 200 words on all sections): Please give details of project leader and their relevant experience. Please give details of any partners (individuals or organisations) and their roles.
What will your project do? What needs does it address? How does your work fit under the grant theme? What impact will the project provide to individuals or to the community?
What will the money be spent on? If you need resources for your project, such as equipment, please state what they are, how much they cost, and how they will benefit your project?
Who will benefit from the project? Does your project support children/young people/elder citizens/families and/or the development of Queens Park Ward? Please estimate how many people will benefit from the project and over what time period.
Please provide details on location, start and finish date and project costs. N.b. We will use the electoral register to check that the names and addresses provided match. If the names are not on the electoral register we will contact one of the signatories of the application who must show that they are correct.
