An afternoon celebrating community involvement in Queen’s Park. Come along to find out what’s going on in your neighbourhood, discuss how to make it better and how you can join in, including with upcoming QPCC ELECTIONS ON 3 MAY 2018. The event is free – please try to come along and support your local community. 2.     ‘Queen’s Park: what next? Hopes, issues and concerns for the future’

 

Featuring Karen Buck (MP for Westminster North), Solomon Curtis, (former Vice-Chair of the British Youth Council) and Hamza Taouzzale (Former Youth MP for Westminster, Trustee for the Young Westminster Foundation and Labour Candidate for Queen’s Park). More guest speakers TBC.

‘WHY BE A COMMUNITY COUNCILLOR’ SESSION

Featuring QPCC current councillors. Represent and advocate on behalf of your community – no prior experience needed, just passion, enthusiasm, commitment and a few hours a month to spare. You can do it!
